Good health information is essential for making decisions about treatments or healthy behaviors. But when people have health questions, where do they turn? Searching Google can lead to questionable or even harmful information. Some websites offer plenty of advertising but little quality content, while other sites promise amazing cures for just about any ailment. This session will highlight MedlinePlus and other high quality sites that you and your users can trust. Attendees will quickly grasp the value of these resources and learn super search techniques. The interactive session will be tailored to attendee interests and health topics of greatest interest in Hawaii.
