This folder contains a report for S. 2275 (88th Congress), a bill to revise procedures of the Hawaii Statehood Act so that certain ceded and surplus Federal fee lands can be returned to the State of Hawai'i with compensation given to the U.S. Government for improvements. Also present is a series of reports prepared by the Executive Office of the President Bureau of the Budget, which include summaries, analysis, and recommendations relating to individual parcels of ceded lands in Hawai'i that could potentially be returned to the state.
