This folder holds correspondence among members of Congress related to the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment of Latin Americans of Japanese Descent Act, to create a fact finding commission to look into the internment, relocation and deportation of Latin Americans of Japanese descent. There are also documents related to improving relations with Peru, documents from the war department regarding Japanese Latin American internment and intelligence reports regarding the internment, or movement of Japanese nationals during WWII.
