This is followed by a discussion of how the team will work towards accomplishing the defined project objectives in terms of organization, management, and responsibilities relative to the specified scope of work and desired products. The accessibility and responsiveness of the team is then discussed, followed by short discussions of billing rates/expenses and conflict of interest status. Appendices contain detailed resumes for key technical personnel and detailed experience listings."
