dc.description This folder holds an alternative land use plan for Kaho'olawe, which incorporates environmental planning and is a strategy that the county and state, along with community action groups could utilize in establishing a case for the return of Kaho'olawe. This plan looks at the past and present significance of Kaho'olawe, incorporates specific Hawaiian environmental references, and includes an environmental impact statement. There are also various analyses and equations which are used as possible planning tools in being able to achieve the island park concept for the island.
