McCloy clarifying Army responsibility in connection with the segregation program; 2) a memorandum to the Deputy Chief of Staff (War Department) from Mr. McCloy about War Department responsibility for transfer of evacuees between war relocation centers; 3) a letter to Mr. McCloy from Mr. Myer, concurring on a general plan for movement of evacuees; 4) a letter to Mr. Myer from Mr. McCloy responding to a request for guarding of evacuees during movement for the segregation program; 5) a letter to Mr. McCloy from Mr. Myer, outlining a plan for segregation and movement of evacuees between war relocation centers and requesting guarding of evacuees during movement; 6) a memorandum for Mr. McCloy from Major General Cramer, Judge Advocate General, expressing legal opinions on the War Department's roles in connection with the segregation program; and 7) a letter to Mr. Myer from Mr. McCloy regarding security requirements at Tule Lake Relocation Center.
