dc.description.abstract"The objective of the requested investigation is to determine the economic and technical feasibility of combining renewable energy and water resources development in Hawaii. An economic and technical assessment of water resource needs and potential alternate energy availability to fill these needs is needed. Finally, more detailed conceptual plans are needed for several of the more promising opportunities to illustrate how natural energy and water resource development can be effectively combined."
