Abstract
Description
This folder contains the testimony of Senator Inouye on Minor Crop Pesticides before the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee. He explains that S.985 is designed to facilitate the EPA's registration process to mitigate the loss of safe minor use products due to economic concerns. He proposes some effects that the Minor Crop Pesticides Act would bring. Also, he expects that the differences between S. 985 and the minor use provision of S. 2050, the administration bill, are resolvable.
