Memorandum in reply to a request for observations by the Provost Marshal General on a Secretary of Interior suggestion that person of Japanese ancestry seeking employment in war work be subjected only to the same loyalty supervision accorded other elements of the population. The memorandum lays out the basics of the procedures governing War Department supervision of all employees engaged in war work regardless of ancestry and then explains some particulars for the supervision of persons of Japanese ancestry.
