1 print (poster) : color ; 91.5 x 117 cm. Created for a project in 2006 where GIS volunteers gathered to georeference known flight lines of the 1927/28 aerial photographs of Oahu. The 1927/1928 aerial photos of Oʻahu and Kauaʻi is a rare and the earliest known collection of aerial imagery of Hawaiʻi. The flights were taken by the Photo Section of the U.S. Army Air Corps at Luke Field (Ford Island, Pearl Harbor), Territory of Hawaiʻi. Information about this collection is limited and many images are missing.
