dcterms.abstract HPS offered extensive programming in the 2nd Ka ʻAha Hula ʻO Hālauaola World Conference on Hula on Maui. This program highlighted the legacy of Kumu George Holokai and started with a talk-story session with Uncle and two of his haumāna, Rich Pedrina and Puakea Nogelmeier, and ended with a workshop where Uncle got everyone up to learn one of his classic hula, Papakōlea.
