Letter to Colonel Scobey, Executive to the Assistant Secretary of War from Dillon Myer, Director, War Relocation Authority, regarding an incident that occurred at Union Station, Denver, Colorado, involving four Japanese evacuees and a number of soldiers; includes a handwritten note by Colonel Scobey. Attached are a memorandum to the Director, Internal Security Division, Seventh Service Command (SSC) from the Inspector General, SSC, with comments on the incident; a newspaper clipping from the Imperial Valley Press about the event; a memorandum for Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy from the Director, Aliens Division, Office of the Provost Marshal General, enclosing a copy of a report on this incident prepared by the District Commander, Internal Security District Number 8, SSC, copy of report attached; and a copy of a statement made by a C. V. Maddux, Great Western Sugar Company, on the incident.
