McCloy from the Director, Aliens Division, Office of the Provost Marshal General, enclosing a copy of a report on this incident prepared by the District Commander, Internal Security District Number 8, SSC, copy of report attached; and a copy of a statement made by a C. V. Maddux, Great Western Sugar Company, on the incident.
