This folder holds thank you letters and personal letters from Daniel K. Inouye, his wife Maggie, and his staff members to his supporters, or to various community groups, cultural groups, political opponents, etc. Besides the thank you letters, there are lists of those who had received thank you letters, or other kinds of thank you gifts, and a list of those who had spoken for Inouye during the campaign. There are also letters related to H.R. 8617, the Philippine War Damage Claims Bill.
